I lead infection prevention at a large academic medical system and consult for surgery centers, practices, health systems and industry. I use IHI improvement methods, including the Model for Improvement, bundles and PDSA cycles, to evaluate entire systems, build implementation plans frontline teams can actually run, and measure results with dashboards I design and code myself.
My MRSA reduction and bundle implementation study was published in Infection Control & Hospital Epidemiology in 2026.
