I lead infection prevention at a large academic medical system and consult for surgery centers, practices and hospitals. I use IHI improvement methods to evaluate whole systems and build the tools I wish every team had: clear policies, survey-ready checklists, staff education and dashboards that show leaders what's working. My MRSA reduction and bundle implementation study was published in Infection Control & Hospital Epidemiology in 2026.
